- Sleep bonnets can either be either hand-washed or washed in the machine on the delicate cycle, then air-dried only
- Shower bonnets should only be wiped with a damp cloth
All purchases ship within 3- 5 business days after purchase.
If you've waited longer than a week and your order still hasn’t arrived, please contact us with your order number and USPS tracking number. You will find both of these numbers in your shipping confirmation email. This information will help us determine your order status.
Bonnets can be returned for any reason within 14 days of of receipt. Please follow these steps for a successful return:
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you will be returning your order. Please include your order number.
- Ship your bonnet using some sort of trackable method to the following address:
- Once we receive your bonnet, we will contact you to confirm that we have received your return. We will then refund you the cost of your purchase, excluding shipping costs, within 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, we do not return the shipping cost of returning unwanted bonnets back to us at this time.
Only unworn bonnets can be exchanged for a replacement/ exchange. Please contact us at support@sumobonnets about exchanging your bonnet for a replacement, within 14 days of product receipt. We cannot replace bonnets received more than 14 days after your receipt.
Bonnets can be exchanged for the following reasons:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged when received
